Forest Bathing - Nature Therapy Immersion at Forest Meadow Ranch, Berrien Springs

Nature therapy is a great way to improve mental health and reduce stress. This session is held at Forest Meadow Ranch in Berrien Springs, Michigan, an equine therapy service provider.

Nature immersion sessions are 2-3 hours long. Sessions include guided meditation followed by a series of invitations to engage and interact with the natural world, including with the four horses who call Forest Meadow Ranch home. Invitations are followed by circles of sharing. Each session closes with a sharing circle including wild-harvested tea and healthy snacks. Sessions are held at outdoor locations that have been evaluated to provide a safe and accessible experience for all attendees.
