Description
Nature therapy is a great way to improve mental health and reduce stress. This session is held at the Sugarwood Forest Preserve in Three Oaks, MI.
Nature immersion sessions are 2-3 hours long. Sessions include guided meditation followed by a series of invitations to engage and interact with the natural world. Invitations are followed by circles of sharing. Each session closes with a sharing circle including wild-harvested tea and healthy snacks. Sessions are held at outdoor locations that have been evaluated to provide a safe and accessible experience for all attendees.
Nature Therapy of Michiana‘s mission is to provide therapeutic experiences that foster growth, connection, and ultimately, meaningful change through guided immersions in nature. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, increase creativity, or simply enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors, our forest immersions offer a unique opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of your workday and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature.
