About the Artists:
Andy Baker has spent 3 decades captivating audiences with his unique style of thoughtful midwestern folk. His recent accolades include winning the coveted 2020 Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Competition, as well as being featured as an Emerging Artist at the 2020 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in New York. His 2020 album “North Country Sky” spent a number of months on the National Folk DJ charts, and Jon Stein, host of WTBQ’s Hootenanny Cafe declares “Andy weaves breathtaking lyrics and melodies...He left me wanting more...much more!”
Louise Mosrie Coombe grew up on a farm in middle TN with English parents; is a late bloomer; writes lots of Americana-folk story songs and tells the stories behind them; has won several nationally known songwriting contests including Kerrville New Folk, Telluride Troubadour, Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist and Rocky Mountain Folks Festival. She’s been compared to Nanci Griffith, Emmy Lou Harris and Alison Krauss, and she’s opened shows for America, Joe Ely, Jonatha Brooke, Allison Moorer, Greg Trooper, Malcomb Holcombe, Mindy Smith and Cliff Eberhardt.
