Description
Join Dr. Renee Bowen on a 5-week journey of strength and stability. Build strength in your pelvic floor and core, step into your power, and strengthen your mind-body connection. Class will be held Thursdays at 6:30 ET on 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27
In this series you will:
- Learn the anatomy of the pelvic floor & de-mystify these very important muscles
- Practice the correct way to strengthen the pelvic floor and core & debunk myths you may have learned about these muscles
- This is a progressive series. Exercises will advance each class so you can see positive change week by week
