Steam and Power Show - Hesston Steam Museum

A quality day out with your family with fun and learning all wrapped up in a festival atmosphere. Steam Train rides and other big steam machines working hard to entertain and enlighten your family. Packed with fun for the whole family as you experience our steam train rides in addition to the many different turn-of-the-century demonstrations of steam power.

Attractions at the show include three sized trains on three different routes that you can ride, a replica 1900’s train depot, a fully operational replica of America's First Steam Locomotive, a steam-powered sawmill, the LaPorte County (IN) Courthouse's first electric generator plant, steam traction engines, and Steamworks!

Visit Doc's Soda Fountain for a bite to eat and delicious ice cream treats in addition to the Depot Store, Hesston Steam Museum's gift shop, where toys and books will keep your little engineer's imagination chugging along after your visit.

Trains roll from 11am to 6 pm (EDT) each day of the show and the tractor parade starts at 2 pm Saturday-Monday!
