Debbie Sterling shares her entrepreneurial journey of how she "Disrupted the Pink Aisle" with toys and media to get girls excited about engineering. In this keynote speech, she will share how she and her team overcame rejection by thinking audaciously about how to challenge stereotypes and combat the status quo, all in the name of helping close the gender gap in STEM.
