Customer Experience Coordinator
Position Overview
Villwocks Outdoor Living is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating irrigation service scheduling and supporting daily office functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
?Irrigation Scheduling & Coordination

Schedule and manage irrigation service appointments for a large, active client base

Confirm upcoming service appointments with customers in a timely manner

Coordinate daily schedules and routes with irrigation crews and the supervisor

Perform post-service follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide visit summaries
Customer Service & Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments

Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, and next steps

Create and manage customer leads for future service opportunities
Administrative Support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, scheduling details, and service notes

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and field staff, to ensure efficient service delivery

Perform general office administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized office environment for all administrative staff (kitchenette and bathrooms)

Qualifications

Previous office or customer service experience required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Professional, customer-focused demeanor

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or scheduling software preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
