We are looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Maintenance team. As a Groundskeeper at AVR, you’ll play a key role in creating clean and inviting spaces for our guests and homeowners by ensuring all properties are maintained to the impeccable standards our company is known for.
Compensation:
-- $20/hour (higher pay is determined by experience)
-- Paid weekly
-- Schedule- 9:30- 4:30 Friday- Sunday and possible weekdays

Key Responsibilities:
-- Foster a safe, welcoming environment by maintaining properties to Aqua Vacation Rentals' high standards and expectations.
-- Conduct inspections before and after guest/homeowner departure of all exterior areas, including grills, patios/decks, and property grounds.
-- Ensure outdoor entertaining spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
-- Communicate with department managers regarding missing items or any property damage.
-- Perform routine preventative maintenance to uphold property quality.
-- Conduct inspections of hot tub, pools, landscaping and contact third party vendors as needed for maintenance.
Requirements:
-- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning is preferred but not required
-- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-- A smartphone capable of downloading and using the Aqua Vacation Rentals scheduling app
-- Access to the internet
-- Must be able to text for communication
-- Professional demeanor with strong self-motivation and attention to detail
-- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-- Excellent communication and time-management skills
-- Weekends and holidays required
