About Us

A beautiful, locally owned restaurant located in downtown New Buffalo, Michigan; Brewster’s Italian Café puts a modern twist on traditional Italian fare. Our Chef uses a wide variety of fresh, innovative ingredients to create dishes from the many regions of Italy. Anti-pastas, salads, wood-fired pizza, pasta and homemade desserts are featured on our seasonally changing menu. Our sommelier and bar manager take pride in curating the finest selection of liquor, beer and wine, including wonderful locally and Michigan made specialties.

Join us for lunch or dinner near a fireplace in the winter or in our beautiful garden during the summer; slow down with us on a Saturday or Sunday morning when we also offer breakfast. We are open every day, all year round! (Closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

Our Wine Room is available to rent and is perfect for small celebrations, rehearsal dinners, showers and for groups wanting a private dining experience. We also offer full service off-site catering with an event planner who will assist with as much or as little as you need.
