Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee and coordinate our office operations. As an essential member of our team, you will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing crucial support to our staff and maintaining a productive work environment with a heavy emphasis in bookkeeping and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll reporting, compile and maintain accurate client accounts in an online portal, and compile various financial reports
Oversee daily operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure office is well organized and presentable
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering calls, emails and coordinating office communications
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments for management, and coordinate office events and functions
Maintain accurate records, including employee and client files and other administrative paperwork
Manage office-related projects, collaborate with Project Manager and provide support to the team as needed
Assist with inventory management to ensure orders have been fulfilled and delivered properly
Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Experience in construction / custom home building industry
- Experience with project management and event planning
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
